Propósito del Puesto
Estandarizar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en equipos productivos, garantizando su óptimo funcionamiento y el cumplimiento del programa de producción.
Responsabilidades
- Mantener equipos robóticos en condiciones óptimas de operación.
- Diagnóstico y solución de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y electrónicas.
- Ejecución y seguimiento a planes de mantenimiento.
- Uso de software, procedimientos e instructivos del área.
Perfil Requerido
- Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en industria automotriz en puesto similar
- Idioma: Inglés intermedio
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Programación y reparación de robots Fanuc / Nachi / ABB
- Robots 120i, 2000i, 900i
- Soldadura MIG y Spot Welding
- PLC Allen-Bradley (SLC 500, PLC 5, RsLogix 5000)
- Electricidad industrial (interpretación de diagramas)
- Electrónica digital y analógica (reparación de tarjetas)
- Neumática, hidráulica, metrología
- ControlNet, PanelView, bases de datos
- Mecánica y software de mantenimiento
