Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled developer with hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Salesforce, and Oracle technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data integration solutions between Salesforce, Oracle databases/applications, and enterprise systems while ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.



Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC/ Dallas, TX is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC.
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce, Oracle databases, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop mappings, tasks, workflows, and data synchronization processes within IDMC

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration projects.
  • Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, and Cloud Data Integration services.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in building and supporting integrations between Salesforce, Oracle databases, and other enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica mappings, tasks, taskflows, workflows, transformations, and data synchronization processes.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, and cloud-based integration technologies.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance integration solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for data pipeline failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
  • Experience implementing data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
  • Familiarity with source control, release management, and CI/CD practices for data integration projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, application teams, and data architects.


Preferred, but not required:

  • Informatica IDMC or Informatica Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and Salesforce data models.
  • Knowledge of data lake, data warehouse, and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Exposure to Python, Shell Scripting, or other automation technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
