Position Summary 
The Industry Growth Leader, Insurance drives commercial expansion and market leadership for Sikich’s Insurance vertical. This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through strategic solution selling, cross-practice collaboration, and clear industry differentiation across property & casualty, life, health, and specialty insurance segments.  
 
Reporting to the Director of Sales.
 
What will you do in this role? 
  • Develop and execute a vertical growth strategy to expand Sikich’s market share across carrier, MGA, wholesalers, reinsurers, and specialty insurance organizations.
  • Drive strategic pursuits and pipeline expansion by aligning sales plays to insurance-specific challenges, including core system modernization, underwriting transformation, delegated authority oversight, digital distribution, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision making.
  • Support account teams with deal shaping, executive positioning, and value articulation for complex, multi-solution opportunities.
Deepen Industry Solution Selling 
  • Champion Sikich’s differentiated Insurance offerings—particularly modernization of client core platforms (ERP, CRM, Policy, Billing, and Claims systems) and their ecosystem of technology solutions. This includes Digital Front Door solutions, financial and operational reporting, Data & AI, and compliance enablement—to position the firm as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and executive positioning for Sikich's technology solutions such as Digital Front Door for Insurance, a Salesforce-based solution that streamlines quoting, submissions, policy servicing, and agent, broker engagement that integrates with existing policy administration systems.
  • Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for insurance executives, ensuring clients clearly understand the value Sikich's integrated digital and operational solutions across the insurance lifecycle.
Cross-Sell Adjacent Capabilities 
  • Collaborate with leaders across Sikich practices such as Salesforce, Microsoft Business Applications, Data Analytics & AI, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management to design and pursue coordinated account strategies aligned to insurance modernization roadmaps.
  • Expand wallet share within existing insurance clients through end-end transformation programs from strategy to system selection through implementation, integration, and managed services.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns reinforcing Sikich's Digital Regulated Industries positioning and through leadership.
Strategic Influence & Market Presence 
  • Serve as an insurance industry thought leader through webinars, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in underwriting, embedded insurance, delegated authority digitization, regulatory technology, and AI driven risk insights to inform client conversations ang GTM evolution.
  • Provide voice-of-the-customer feedback to refine Sikich's insurance vertical strategy, offerings, and partner ecosystem within the insurance landscape. 
  
What do you need to succeed in this role? 
  • Proven consultative solution-selling experience within the insurance industry, particularly in core system modernization, digital transformation, data & AI, and or regulatory driven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and technogy challenges facing insurance companies, including emerging, mid-market, and enterprise carriers, MGAs and specialty insurance organizations.
  • Executive-level communication, presence, and credibility with C-suite and senior insurance stakeholders, including CIOs, COOs, and CUOs, and Heads of Distribution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution bias, especially in fast evolving market.
Performance Metrics:
  • Insurance vertical pipeline growth and closed revenue across new and existing clients.
  • Average spend per insurance client.
  • Cross-practice expansion across Sikich offerings such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Data Analytics & AI, cybersecurity, and Risk Management.
  • Development of an Insurance Playbook spanning Sikich practices and capabilities including but no limited to Salesforce (Digital Front Door), Microsoft, Data Analytics & AI, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, IT Managed Services.
 

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is $161,800- $218,400- $275,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
