As an Implementation Specialist, you'll manage projects, conduct business analysis, create deliverables, and coordinate training while collaborating with clients and the development team.
EIS is seeking talented and motivated Software Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, installing our JMS, CAD, RMS and other products.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects.
What your impact will be:
- Responsibilities include overall project management
- Business analysis
- Creation of project deliverables
- Training and project resource coordination.
- You will work closely with both clients and development team members to achieve client goals.
- Ability to travel is required, though actual amount will vary by project.
- Additional responsibilities may include client training, customer support, program documentation, product testing, and demonstration.
What we are looking:
- 5+ years of Industry experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
- Proven problem solving skills
