What this job involves

This position leads strategic sourcing initiatives for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) within a major financial services client account. The role involves developing multi-year category strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and leading high-performing sourcing teams to deliver operational excellence and sustainable savings while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and annual sourcing plans for IFM services within the client account
  • Identify risks and opportunities for clients/stakeholders and recommend mitigation strategies to achieve company goals
  • Manage sourcing compliance and controls while identifying improvement opportunities for functional leaders
  • Partner with operations teams to provide guidance on standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes
  • Monitor supplier performance and sourcing effectiveness through systematic, analytical methods and communicate results to business stakeholders
  • Lead and participate in client meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with sourcing objectives
  • Mentor and coach team members on performance, progress, and developmental goals while fostering an inclusive team culture

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories related to facilities services
  • People management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or related field)
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25% or 1 week per month)
  • Ability to work remotely including on-site at client locations
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to deliver win-win agreements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification
  • E-procurement experience, preferably with Jaggaer platform
  • Demonstrated understanding of JLL Work Dynamics and Real Estate in Financial Services industry
  • Experience with supplier performance management programs
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations with diverse teams

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
