Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians.
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, training materials, and onboarding programs.
  • Provide coaching and operational support to field teams.
  • Ensure compliance with overtime reporting, p-cards, preventive maintenance requirements, refrigerant management, safety training, and management agreements.
  • Manage communications, reminders, and deadline tracking across IFM teams.
  • Develop and maintain site/property repositories containing key facility information and documentation.
  • Support IFM resources, supplier information, and operational tools.
  • Conduct audits and partner with service line leaders on performance feedback.
  • Analyze operational metrics, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive best practices, innovation, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Work with Team to Ensure Preventative Maintenance is programmed into CMMS tool and executed according to plan and budget

  • 8–10 years of commercial property management or facility management experience.

  • CMMS/work order management experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
