Own post-onboarding lifecycle for ~100 service vendors: manage contracts, ensure compliance (insurance, COIs, licenses), monitor performance against SLAs, coordinate payments and audits, drive corrective actions and cost controls, and liaise with operations, finance, and onboarding teams to mitigate risk and improve vendor quality.

Hands-on business and delivery analyst who translates stakeholder needs into data integration solutions. Leads current/future-state and gap analysis, requirements, mapping, migration, testing, and delivery coordination.
