Summary

Reporting to the Global IFM and Procurement Transition Lead, the IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst serves as a key analyst supporting the IFM and Procurement Transitions team. This U.S.-based role is responsible for leveraging technology, data analytics, and quality frameworks to advance the effectiveness and efficiency of global transitions and procurement initiatives. The analyst manages large-scale data analysis, cleansing and mapping (across systems like Service Now, CMMS, Yardi, Famis360, and FEXA), drives the adoption of digital solutions, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage quality control frameworks to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and monitor quality metrics, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and performance accountability.
  • Lead/support large-scale data analysis, cleansing, mapping and validation for data loading into SmartSheet, Triana, Service Edge, Yardi, Famis360, and FEXA.
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to automate processes, extract actionable insights, and optimize team and client outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions and best practices in data stewardship and process management.
  • Create and drive account team reporting based on KPI’s for IFM and Procurement drivers.
  • Learn to teach the suite of Technology solutions as an SME for operation and reporting.
  • Champion process optimization—identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and client experience.
  • Collaborate with the IFM and Procurement Transitions team, providing analytical and project support for strategic initiatives.
  • Document, summarize, and publish key points and decisions from meetings, ensuring all stakeholders receive critical information.
  • Proactively prepare presentation materials to communicate key information and insights.
  • Create and refine process maps and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and clarity.
  • Coordinate the gathering of best practices and capabilities to enhance organizational performance.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) preferred.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics (preferably in IFM, procurement, or transitions).
  • Experience with CMMS and business systems (SmartSheet, Triana, ServiceNow, Yardi, Famis360, FEXA) strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk management, process mapping, and change management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, monitors, shared drives and Software (Microsoft Suite, Traina and Smartsheet’s).

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 72,250.00 - $85,000.00
