What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
This team is responsible for driving a holistic approach to Identity and Access Management for both our employees and customers. We are seeking an experienced IdAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team. This innovator will contribute to our Identity and Access Management team by building solutions like: permissions policy distribution, centralized security policy management, and employee and customer SSO.
The candidate must be pragmatic, results-driven and able to articulate complex IAM concepts to all audiences, both technical and non-technical contributors inside and outside the company. The Standard is on a multi-year program to modernize key infrastructure and business systems and a robust IAM ecosystem is a critical component. These programs are in flight now and we are looking for an ideal candidate who can think outside the box, is skilled at their craft, and a strong team player.
In this role, you will:
- Follow roadmaps to modernize the company’s IAM, and hit targets in a high-pace environment
- Work as part of a team to transition both the enterprise and consumer IAM to a Cloud Azure environment
- Foster critical relationships across organizational boundaries
