Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to):
  • Technical Skills Training - Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction

  • Leadership Training – Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship

  • Business Insights - Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting

  • Culture Integration – including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new strategies.

  • Participate in meetings and provide input on project progress.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.

  • Work with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Team

This position is in our Charlotte, NC (South End Area) Office and 100% onsite.
We’d love to hear from you if:

  • Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business by May 2026 or December 2026

  • Previous internship experience (preferably in Human Resources Management or functional area)

  • Proven leadership & decision making skills

  • Technical aptitude

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Project management experience

  • Learning agility

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with groups

  • Adaptability and follow through

  • Attention to detail

  • Analytical skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Able to adopt a flexible thinking approach

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.
The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
