JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brand’s Human Resources group is looking for a Driven HR Coordinator who wants to make a difference!

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations, this role manages a variety of ServiceNow tickets to address and resolve HR-related requests across the organization efficiently. You will support various HR functions and ensure a positive work environment while collaborating with both management and staff to meet operational needs in a fast-paced service center.

How you will Own It:
  • Partnering with employees and management to support various human resources functions 

  • Data Entry included but not limited to inputting new employee records, employee change requests, processing terminations, and other changes requested by management 

  • Onboarding new employees, including outreach to managers to assist with Onboarding tasks 

  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files in accordance with legal requirements 

  • Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other related matters 

  • Updates all employee changes in all HR systems as requests and approvals come through the HR ticketing system. 

  • Performing reporting analysis to audit data and check for accuracy 

  • Partnering with HR Service Center Manager, HR Generalists, and other Coordinators on various projects 

  • Handle Unemployment Claims, State Separation notifications, and daily audits of data 

  • Support HR team with any additional tasks, as needed to facilitate day-to-day HR operations 

  • Partnering with HRSC team to handle HR mail including sorting and responding to Verifications of Employment 

  • Strategizing ways to improve various HR processes 

What you’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred) 

  • 1+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience preferred 

  • Workday, or other HRIS system experience and knowledge preferred 

  • ServiceNow experience a plus 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, & creativity to changing needs and situations 

  • Team player with ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines 

  • Proven strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships in the course of business 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact successfully in a team environment 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality 

  • Ability to work hybrid schedule; onsite 3 days a week
