In this Role, You Will:
- Lead low to moderately complex initiatives and drive continuous improvement across global HR service delivery processes, including employee data administration, document fulfillment, Power of Attorney and subpoena requests, and employee records compliance
- Analyze end-to-end HR workflows to identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process optimization that improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen controls
- Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to assess trends, identify root causes, and recommend risk-aware, technology-enabled solutions
- Partner with operational teams, stakeholders, service delivery partners, and Product and Technology teams to identify, prioritize, and track process enhancements and system improvements across platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow

- Develop, refine, and maintain procedures, job aids, and customer-facing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with scalable, AI-ready solutions
- Analyze customer feedback (e.g., satisfaction surveys) and operational data to identify improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and reduce risk
- Deliver data-driven, insight-led recommendations to address operational challenges and support adoption of new tools, technologies, and process improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise and informal leadership to peers, coaching on process standardization, data interpretation, and use of AI-enabled tools
- Partner with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate insights, align on priorities, and drive broader organizational improvements
