In this fully remote, project-based contractor role, selected professionals will use their practical HR expertise to design realistic, multi-step business scenarios that help assess the capabilities of advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic HR and People Operations tasks based on actual workplace processes, including payroll administration, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy application.

  • Translate complex HR workflows into structured assignments with clear instructions, supporting documentation, and measurable outcomes.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with direct responsibility for payroll administration, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or applying structured HR processes, policies, payroll checklists, compliance frameworks, or operational procedures.

  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, employee documentation, HR compliance, and workforce management processes.

  • Ability to analyze complex HR scenarios, apply professional judgment, and develop practical, well-structured solutions.

  • Experience working with multiple sources of information, including spreadsheets, HR reports, policy documents, and employment agreements.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to establish clear, objective evaluation criteria.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM, PHR, CIPD, or equivalent.

  • Experience developing HR training materials, process documentation, operational assessments, or quality evaluation frameworks.

  • Previous exposure to artificial intelligence, AI evaluation, or large language models (LLMs) is an advantage but not required.

Important: Candidates must demonstrate direct, practical involvement in HR operations. Experience limited exclusively to supervisory or strategic oversight without hands-on operational responsibility will not meet the requirements.
