We’re seeking an HR Partner to join our HR team at Tel Aviv.
Wake up for this:
- Provide HR guidance and consultation for managers.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
- Support, plan and execute people-related initiatives.
- Hold a strategic and tactical HR perspective to support programs, implementation of management processes and organization development such as: feedback, performance evaluation, employee retention, etc.
- Balance the needs of both the employees and the business through strong communication and collaboration; be a trusted advisor to employees, managers and leadership through day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR partner from the high-tech industry
- At least 8 years of experience in the HR domain
- A proven experience with supporting global teams - a MUST
- Solid communication skills - English/Hebrew - a MUST
- Up for any challenge, Positive and passionate about people.
- Project management skills with a deep sense of ownership and love for data.
- Experience supporting managers at all levels and have a proven ability to coach leaders.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with the employee life-cycle processes - On/Off Boarding, Career Growth, Planning, Performance Management, and Salary Cycle.
- Creative with Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
