Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to our:
    • Greensboro, NC office.
    • Irvine, CA office.
    • Quick Release office (our sister company).
  • Responsible for compliance, reporting and overall employee support including the HR ticketing system for ALTEN. This includes AAP, EEO, CA Pay Data, VETS, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with general state laws.
  • Lead our MVR program and compliance.
  • Provide employee support and customer service to the organization.
  • Assist with employee change processing and be a backup for HR orientation.
  • Offer letter approvals and signing.

Minimum Qualifications Skills:

  • 3 yrs + experience in an HR position (HR specialist, HR generalist, HR coordinator.)
  • Compliance experience including state reporting as well as government reporting required.
  • College degree required, SHRM certification preferred
  • Process development and implementation experience.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly.
  • Professional and well spoken. Great communicator. Experience with organization communication.
