The Hourly Manager is responsible for overseeing custodial and janitorial operations on a single central campus consisting of approximately 24 buildings. This role provides hands‑on leadership during third shift, ensuring daily operations, staffing, quality control, and safety standards are consistently met. The Hourly Manager partners closely with supervisors and frontline employees to support service delivery aligned with ABM standards and client expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity overnight and supporting team performance.
Pay: $26–27/hr

- Oversee nightly custodial operations across a 24‑building central campus

- Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate floor care and project work completion during off‑hours

- Maintain supplies and inventory to support nightly operations
- Step in to support coverage when needed
- 2–5 years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities management experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Working knowledge of custodial processes, equipment, and floor care
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work overnight/third shift schedule consistently
- Experience in large campus or commercial environments preferred
