Lead and coordinate a cabin cleaning team to clean and provision aircraft interiors (crew rest, lavatories, galleys, cabin). Perform and oversee security searches, distribute schedules and supplies, ensure safety cards, linens, and headsets are properly provisioned, and enforce SOPs and uniform/SIDA badge requirements. Weekend availability required; training provided.

Oversee janitorial and facility-service operations, frontline staff, client relationships, contract compliance, safety, quality, budgets, payroll, and cost control. Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, inspections, reporting, continuous improvement, and special projects. Resolve client concerns, identify additional service opportunities, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure OSHA and company policy compliance across assigned facilities.

Supervises front-line cleaning employees for an assigned facility or area, assigns tasks, manages breaks, monitors productivity and customer service, conducts safety and quality audits, inspects completed work, trains employees, and coordinates staffing and operations with managers. Performs cleaning duties and ensures compliance with company and client standards.

Supervise daily facility cleaning and janitorial operations, delegate assignments, train new hires, maintain supplies and equipment, handle cleaning chemicals and specialized equipment, secure keys/access, document client communications, validate time records, report damages, and ensure quality and safety in the absence of the Manager.

Drive new business and grow accounts within a defined territory by prospecting, building executive relationships, and selling facilities services with emphasis on power/electrical solutions. Develop strategic plans, present pricing and proposals, deliver financial and lifecycle analyses, coordinate with operations, maintain Salesforce records, and produce executive-level presentations to close contracts.

Supervise custodial staff on a designated account/shift at public schools; manage schedules, coverage, lunches/breaks, and staffing levels. Perform coaching, discipline, safety and quality audits, basic admin/payroll/attendance tasks, maintain shift reports, liaise with clients and account managers, and patrol sites by walking/driving to ensure productivity and compliance.
