Job Title: HOKA Field Experience Representative – Charlotte, NC
Reports to: Field Experience Manager, Field Experience Team – HOKA

Location: Remote - North Carolina

The Role
The Field Experience Representative is a proactive self-starter with a passion for connecting with local communities and increasing brand awareness. The Field Experience Representative will support the HOKA Brand by training retail staff, engaging consumers at events, activations, and expos, and providing marketing support throughout their territory. A strong candidate for this role is organized, motivated and able to establish lasting relationships.
Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, sales representatives, and retail store sales staff
  • Planning effective schedules for each week, in conjunction with sales reps in territory and office personnel
  • Interacting with retail sales staff, generating excitement, teaching them about the brands, products, sales techniques, and answering questions
  • Working at consumer events (to demonstrate products, build consumer awareness, and stimulate try on and sales)

  • Able to travel throughout their territory and manage a fluid work environment
  • An effective and efficient communicator
  • Able to work with a variety of people and be consumer-focused 
     

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working at promotional events
  • Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear
  • Familiarity with all products offered by HOKA ONE ONE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, based on report from Deckers’ insurance provider
