About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager / Chief of Staff to operate at the center of Token Factory’s highest-priority initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and leadership, helping turn ambitious ideas into operating plans, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring critical projects move from concept to execution.

You will work directly with senior leaders on company-defining priorities, build the operating systems that help teams scale, and drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business.

You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive execution across Token Factory’s highest-priority initiatives, including product launches, GTM programs, strategic partnerships, and organizational priorities
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership teams to align priorities and keep cross-functional programs moving with speed
  • Turn ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision points
  • Build lightweight operating mechanisms that help the organization scale, including dashboards, QBRs, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision frameworks
  • Translate technical, business, and organizational complexity into concise recommendations and executive-ready communication
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and create alignment across teams to accelerate execution
  • Drive the operational details that make high-impact initiatives successful — from running reviews and documenting decisions to ensuring teams follow through and deliver

We expect you to have:

  • Have 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or related roles
  • Can take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans
  • Have experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously
  • Write clearly and can distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready documents
  • Are execution-oriented and willing to operate at every level, from strategic planning to tactical follow-through
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Have experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
