Position Purpose:
Drives the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience and compliance. This executive role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Set and align strategic objectives with the overall business strategy. Identify and prioritize key areas for operational improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes. Establish and manage a robust compliance program to support regulatory adherence.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Standardize processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor teams in operational excellence practices. Build a high-performing team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities. Communicate strategies and initiatives effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement reporting systems to track operational performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with Plan, Do, Check, and Adjust processes. Track and report on operational excellence measures through regular accountability mechanisms.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required
  • Master's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 10+ years healthcare operations experience. required
  • Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance. required
  • Large-scale call center management experience within environments regulated by state and federal agencies, preferred
