About the Role
HiBob is scaling fast - and we're hiring a Head of Customer Revenue Marketing to build and own the function that drives revenue growth from our existing customer base. This role is commercially accountable: your goal is to generate a qualified upsell pipeline that contributes at least 30% of the total company pipeline by the end of 2025.
You'll work cross-functionally with CS, AM, Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps to execute highly targeted, data-informed programs across lifecycle marketing, ABM, and in-product expansion. You'll be expected to bring strategic clarity, operational focus, and a deep sense of ownership over the commercial funnel.

Job Requirements
What You'll Own
- Building and executing HiBob's customer revenue pipeline strategy across segments and regions
- Defining and delivering on commercial KPIs: UQLs (upsell qualified leads), CPSQLs (cost per sales qualified leads), conversion rates, influenced pipeline, and win rates
- Leading cross-functional program design and execution, including campaign structure, targeting, and performance optimization
- Running expansion programs across lifecycle marketing, customer advocacy, ABM, and in-app journeys
- Partnering with CS, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Data to align on targeting, activation moments, and conversion workflows
- Creating campaign frameworks and playbooks that scale across SMB, MM, and Enterprise customers
- Reporting pipeline impact clearly to executive stakeholders, and continuously iterating on what drives revenue
Job Responsibilities
About You
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally) marketing with strong focus on customer lifecycle and expansion
- Proven success in building pipeline from existing customers through commercial marketing programs
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics and how to translate marketing activity into revenue outcomes
- Strong cross-functional execution muscle - especially with Customer and Product Marketing, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product
- Comfortable building net-new programs and getting hands-on when needed
- Experienced with product usage signals, CRM data, and account intelligence to drive segmentation and timing
- Fluent in commercial storytelling and confident presenting performance and priorities to C-level leadership
- Skilled at prioritizing impact over activity - especially under constraints
