About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced growth leader to serve as Head of Business Card Acquisition. This role is responsible for driving new customer growth and deepening relationships through innovative acquisition strategies, digital marketing, banker-led sales channels, and customer engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead a team accountable for growing Business Card new accounts, optimizing acquisition performance, expanding target audiences, and improving customer conversion across digital and banker-assisted channels. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Technology, and Small Business Banking teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Lead Business Card acquisition strategy and execution across digital, marketing, and banker channels.
- Drive customer growth, application volume, and conversion performance.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and deepen existing business banking relationships.
- Lead paid media, audience targeting, and campaign optimization efforts.
- Partner with branch and banker teams to increase card penetration and sales effectiveness.
- Use customer insights and analytics to improve acquisition performance and marketing investment decisions.
- Build and develop a high-performing team while fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Partner across the enterprise to deliver customer-focused solutions that support business growth.
- Ensure all activities operate within established risk, compliance, and governance standards.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience in credit cards, payments, lending, or financial services.
- Significant experience leading customer acquisition, growth, marketing, product management, or business development functions.
- Proven success driving growth through digital and multi-channel strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and audience strategy.
- Experience working with banker or branch distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale growth and transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance business growth objectives with risk management and customer experience.
