Manage GTM programs, partner with Product Marketing, define KPIs, oversee sales enablement, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
The summary above was generated by AI

Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

What you’ll do

Sales is scaling faster than our formal enablement and product-marketing capacity. We need a single owner to focus the team, drive GTM programs, and ship the assets that close deals.

  • Build and run the GTM program roadmap.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft positioning & collateral, then translate it into rep-ready enablement (playbooks, talk tracks, WorkRamp paths).

  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives (pricing changes, new ICP rollouts, tool implementations) to done.

  • Instrument success: define KPIs, spin up dashboards, and iterate.

  • Own onboarding & continuous education for AEs/SDRs: measure time-to-first-deal and win-rate lift.

  • Act as “mini-Chief-of-Staff” to the Revenue Org: surface risks, propose experiments, and keep leadership unblocked.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques.

  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.

  • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture.

  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers).

  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.

  • High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. You can put yourself in their shoes.

What’s cool about the role

  • You can make your mark - this is our first GTM program management hire.

  • You’ll have a direct and measurable impact on the success of a fast-growing, profitable company.

  • We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth.

  • We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000.

  • We're a fully remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.

  • We’ve got smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.
