ClickUp is seeking a strategic, data-driven Program Manager to establish lead critical initiatives across our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role manages cross-functional programs that define, plan, and scale our sales engine, supporting both strategic priorities and operational rhythms. This is a critical hire for the GTM Strategy & Operations team, building foundational best practices to establish what great program and project management looks like for the future. This individual will also function as a "Chief of Staff" for GTM Strategy & Ops leaders, helping to drive key initiatives, shape team culture and represent the team on behalf of leadership.
The Role
  • Own the master calendar for GTM planning and execution, managing interdependencies across Sales and its closes ecosystem partners (i.e. Systems, BI, Finance, Post Sales, etc.).
  • Lead and manage high-impact programs supporting sales operating rhythms, annual/quarterly planning, quota deployment, and business reviews.
  • Turn strategic objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and communication cadences to keep initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a Chief of Staff to GTM Strategy & Ops leadership, representing the team in cross-functional projects and facilitating team collaboration
  • Coordinate strategic meetings (QBRs, forecast reviews, SteerCos), aligning stakeholders, preparing content, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key planning deliverables (segmentation models, territory maps, performance targets) with cross-functional buy-in.
  • Define and track KPIs for each program, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion company values and act as a trusted partner across the GTM organization
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, sales operations, GTM strategy, or consulting, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional GTM programs.
  • Expertise in full-cycle program delivery: scoping, milestones, stakeholder management, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$120,000$140,000 USD
