As a Vice President, Operations Lead within JP Morgan Payments, you will have a unique opportunity to enhance the operational framework of our global Merchant Services business. Job Responsibilities
- Drive CRM adoption and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage CRM systems and operational tools to track, manage, and analyze processes.
- Influence global pipeline management and deliver critical business insights through advanced reporting.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enhance the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns through operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize operational efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- 5 years+ experience in operations, CRM management, or process optimization, with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and operational tools.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services, with a payments background.
- Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply.
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools, familiarity with automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative operational strategies.
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
