The role

We’re launching a new Financial Services (FSI) vertical at Nebius to help banks, asset managers, insurers and fintech adopt GPU-powered AI infrastructure at scale. We’re looking for a founding GTM leader to build this motion from scratch — shaping early market discovery, landing first lighthouse deals and driving strategic partnerships (especially with NVIDIA). 

The role requires both strategic thinking and execution drive — and a strong understanding of the unique demands of the financial services sector.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Lead market discovery and GTM motion 

  • Identify promising use cases across sub-sectors 
  • Validate hypotheses through customer discovery, feedback loops and MVP design. 
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to define positioning, messaging, pricing and GTM materials. 

Build strategic partnerships 

  • Engage partners like VCs, System Integrators and NVIDIA’s Financial Services and AI infrastructure teams to co-create narratives, explore co-selling and drive influence in their ecosystem. 
  • Cultivate relationships with fintech platforms, consultancies and channel partners. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to turn partnerships into qualified opportunities and momentum. 

Win early customers 

  • Lead initial customer engagements across banking, insurance, asset management and fintech segments. 
  • Own the sales motion from opportunity identification to deal structuring. 
  • Align with Sales and Product to ensure scalable handoff and success for early lighthouse accounts. 

Understand compliance and enterprise readiness 

  • Be fluent in the security, certification, and compliance requirements common to FSI — including SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FIPS and data residency/privacy regulations. 
  • Collaborate with Security, Product and Customer Experience to align our offering with enterprise buyers and IT stakeholders. 

Shape external presence 

  • Represent Nebius in the FSI and AI ecosystems through content, events and public speaking. 
  • Position Nebius as a thought leader in AI infrastructure for finance — with an emphasis on trust, performance and compliance. 
  • Partner with Marketing to amplify this message and target the right audiences. 

We expect you to have: 

  • Experience in GTM roles across financial services, cloud/AI infrastructure or fintech 
  • Experience launching new markets, products or verticals — from 0 to 1 
  • Familiarity with modern AI workloads (e.g., LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, NLP) 
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales motions and FSI security/compliance expectations 
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical value and commercial storytelling 

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Experience working with Nvidia or similar AI infrastructure platforms 
  • Background in risk, fraud, CX or trading tech in the FSI space 
  • Knowledge of FSI-specific compliance (e.g. GLBA, FFIEC, FINRA, MiFID II) 
  • Existing network in enterprise banking or fintech circles

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 150k - 200k OTE based on your experience.
