Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer

Position Summary:
OnBoard is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer who will focus on developing automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows to support the GTM function. The position works at the intersection of revenue strategy, operations, and technology to develop scalable solutions that facilitate growth based on ideal customer profiles.
The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, RevOps, and Product, to design data-driven workflows and enhance operational efficiency in engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate and Scale GTM Workflows
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that integrate marketing, sales, and RevOps systems—automating processes such as lead capture, outreach, scoring, and routing across platforms like CRM, MAPs, and analytics tools.
Leverage AI for Personalization and Efficiency
Implement AI tools (LLMs, agents, etc.) to generate personalized campaign content, automate outbound messaging, and summarize performance data to increase the scalability and effectiveness of GTM activities.
Build & Integrate with No-Code + Custom Tools
Utilize platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Clay, and internal scripts to connect APIs, initiate workflows, and reduce manual interventions, facilitating seamless data flow across systems.
Run GTM Experiments
Identify and test new strategies for acquisition, activation, and growth through structured experiments, utilizing real-time data and intent signals to inform actions and iterate processes.
Continuously Optimize
Monitor funnel performance, analyze conversion challenges, and refine workflows and messaging to enhance efficiency and results.
Experiment with New Tech
Research advancements in AI and GTM tooling. Pilot and assess new tools and platforms, integrating effective solutions into established processes.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, analytics, marketing or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue operations, growth, or similar technical GTM roles
- Proficiency in building custom automations and working with APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, CSV)
- Practical experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI (GPT-4), GitHub Copilot, and AI-oriented marketing tools
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Knowledge of modern GTM AI tools (including Clay, Regie.ai, UnifyGTM, CommonRoom, Keyplay, Rb2b, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and experimental design
