Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.
In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.
Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.
Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.
About the role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer who can translate strategy into scalable, automated workflows. As we've grown, manual processes have become bottlenecks that slow down our teams. We need someone who can build intelligent workflow solutions and iterate rapidly—someone who thinks "AI-first" when designing workflows, not someone who treats AI as just another integration option. You'll leverage AI to fundamentally transform how our GTM operations work, using data-driven insights to create competitive advantages.
What you’ll do
Design and implement AI-enhanced automated workflows for lead research, scoring, routing, and personalization across our revenue funnel
Integrate our CRM, marketing tools, and product data to create seamless data flows and reduce manual work
Launch experimental AI-driven workflows quickly and optimize based on results
Turn strategic initiatives into scalable, automated processes
Ensure our teams have the right information at the right time to make better decisions and move faster
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience in a GTM engineer, RevOps, or Solutions Engineer role (or other roles with a mix of technical and strategy skills)
A blend of GTM strategy intuition and hands-on technical skills
Proven experience implementing AI tools and workflows in GTM operations - including LLM APIs, AI-powered data enrichment, or predictive modeling
Deep experience with general workflow tools like Zapier or n8n, and GTM-focused workflow tools like Clay, Cargo, UnifyGTM, plus experience with AI-native tools and platforms
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting
A customer-journey focus across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You measure success by smoother handoffs and higher conversions at each stage, not just clean automation
A bias for rapid experimentation
Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture
Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions
High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. You can put yourself in their shoes
What’s cool about the role
As our first GTM Engineer, you'll define and build our go-to-market automation strategy from scratch.
Your work will have an immediate impact and directly boost efficiency and revenue.
We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth.
We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000.
We're a fully remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.
We’ve got smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.
