THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, and will take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting. You will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear metrics, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support analytical use cases.
  • Assist on a wide variety of operations projects, including territory planning and forecasting
  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports used by GTM stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the analytics engineering layer using dbt and version control tools.
  • Translate vague business problems into actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the accessibility and quality of data.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4–8 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform).
  • Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git).
  • Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
