The Opportunity
- Assist business units by performing various assigned duties that are intended to provide experience and build sales skills for future development
- Get an insider view of career potential within a high performing culture

- Develop personally and professionally with a customized intern curriculum
- Build a network of peers and mentors in a business to business sales environment
- Gain exposure to products and services within Group Benefits
- Participate in social activities and networking events
- Interview for a sales trainee position upon completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete weekly curriculum training
- Collaborate on an intern-lead Capstone Project
- Participate in customer meetings
- Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business
- Present Capstone project to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership
- Perform duties supporting the sales organization as assigned or required
Required Qualifications
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities
- Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship
- High school diploma.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with an accredited college or university. Preferably a rising senior.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Proven ability to lead and influence
