The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, investigate, recommend, implement, and maintain document-generation solutions across multiple technologies.
- Develop automation that reduces manual effort and improves the efficiency, performance, and stability of application platforms.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Learn and evaluate emerging technologies and tools, including automation and artificial intelligence, and implement solutions in collaboration with senior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of OpenShift, Apache Web Server, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Linux Shell and/or PowerShell.
- Experience with or familiarity with infrastructure-automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Understanding of AI/ LLM
- Knowledge of or experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering solutions for application platforms and infrastructure.
- Hands-on installation, configuration, and administration of ECM production environments, including FileNet and CP4BA.
