Job Overview:

The Graphic Designer handles many aspects of design projects from creative concepting to production-ready files. The designer will work with 3D render artists and project managers on small to large format branding and signage designs and layouts for events, creative mockups, and design of sales and marketing materials. This role also prepares, adjusts, and troubleshoots artwork for print production, ensuring files meet technical specs (bleeds, color, resolution). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and generate graphic design components for events and projects including small and large format branding and signage

  • Create 2D elements, designs, and textures for design team to incorporate into 3D renderings and space layouts

  • Create high-quality designs while adhering to brand objectives and guidelines

  • Set up files for print production per process and standards including print marks such as bleed lines

  • Work closely with project managers to create custom mockups and designs based on client requests and specifications

  • Create elements for client business proposals and marketing materials

  • Review and correct customer-provided artwork for errors in fonts, images, resolution, and color profiles

  • Template assets and builds that will be delivered to clients to design artwork against

  • Measure fabricated elements or assets to create accurate templates

  • Interpret and pull dimensions from 3D programs like Sketchup or Fusion and CAD drawings

  • Collaborate with account teams, producers, and project managers to ensure high-quality and efficient product output

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping due dates in a fast-paced environment 

What We're Look:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in graphic design

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) 

  • Experience with Print Production

  • A clear understanding of scale, materials, and production constraints

  • Thorough knowledge and grasp of design principles

  • Ability to use and read a tape measure

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work individually on large projects as well as with a team 

  • Ability to take direction from project managers, clients, and creative service team members 

  • Ability to give creative direction and feedback to project managers, clients, and other graphic designers

  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines as well as develop original creative concepts for well-established brands

  • Experience with 3D design software is a plus
