Leads daily large-format production operations, including scheduling, staffing, workflow, inventory, equipment, quality, safety, reporting, and delivery execution. Manages print and finishing teams, production capacity, materials, performance metrics, corrective actions, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with project management, sales, design, shipping, warehouse, purchasing, HR, and another facility to balance workloads and maintain consistent standards. Requires hands-on wide-format printing knowledge, production leadership, inventory control, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Prepare, preflight, and release production-ready artwork for large-format event signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics. Create proofs and documentation, troubleshoot print and fabrication issues, collaborate with project managers, production teams, and installers, and maintain organized files and version control while ensuring color accuracy and production feasibility.

Support delivery of client activations by maintaining asset inventory, preparing materials, coordinating logistics, assisting production and on-site event execution. Manage shipping/receiving, storage, vehicle maintenance, staffing coordination, and provide operational support across events and tours.

The Experiential Operations Manager will plan and execute live events and brand activations, manage budgets, logistics, and collaborate with teams for successful execution.

The Workday Analyst supports and improves the Workday Payroll module, focusing on systems analysis, technical support, payroll configurations, reporting, and process improvements for US and Canada payroll environments.
