The Graphic Designer collaborates to develop and execute graphic content for social media and other platforms, ensuring brand alignment and engaging the church community.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute graphic content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church.
- Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs.
- Provide graphic content that enhances the church’s online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam.
- Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns.
- Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
