Design album and single artwork, marketing and tour branding, promotional and social assets, and merchandise for Elevation Worship Records. Collaborate with creative teams on video/photo projects and adapt assets for campaigns and ads.

RESPONSIBILITIES- You’ll participate in designing albums and single artwork for artists on Elevation Worship Records.
- You’ll participate in designing auxiliary marketing content and promotional graphics.
- You’ll participate in designing and/or updating branding for Elevation Worship and Elevation RHYTHM tours.
- You’ll reformat existing assets to work for promotional ads and social media.
- You’ll collaborate with a team in designing merchandise for artists on the Label and for various tours.
- You’ll collaborate with the creative team in ideating for various video and/or photo-related projects.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Portfolio illustrating a wide variety of design solutions
- Good communication skills
- Sense of calling to use your creative skill set in ministry
- Collaborative, flexible, goal-driven personality
- Grit and resilience; strong, proactive work ethic
- Experience designing with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.
- Experience in forward-thinking design within a church/non-profit setting
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
