The Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $600B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including investment sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration, deposit account management and multi-currency notional pooling. The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries.
The Liquidity Product Management team is responsible for managing a core set of Liquidity Products as well as developing new products and capabilities in the Liquidity Product space. The team manages the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation of new capabilities and creating a global product vision with corresponding Product roadmaps.
We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the lifecycle management of Deposit Account products and capabilities within our Deposit account management team in GPS Liquidity Product. This individual will serve as the end-to-end business owner for assigned deposit products, balancing commercial objectives, client experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving process improvements, maintaining a strong risk and control environment, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Controls teams to ensure our deposit account offerings remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving client needs and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy: Serve as the end-to-end product owner for deposit account products and features, defining strategic priorities, managing the product roadmap, and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and business growth.
Process Improvement & Client Experience: Evaluate existing client and operational processes, identify pain points, and lead process re-engineering efforts to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and overall client experience.
Risk & Control Management: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Business Controls teams to establish and maintain a robust product governance framework, including product risk assessments, controls, procedures, issue remediation, and regulatory compliance.
Product Development & Change Management: Lead product enhancements and new feature development from concept through implementation, developing business requirements and coordinating with Technology and Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Sales, Service, Operations, Technology, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver product objectives and ensure operational readiness for product changes.
Product Governance & Documentation: Maintain product procedures, operating guidance, training materials, client disclosures, and governance documentation to support consistent product management and execution.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Develop and utilize product metrics, reporting, and analytics to monitor performance, operational effectiveness, risk indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
Sales & Service Enablement: Ensure Liquidity Specialists and Client Coverage teams have clear product guidance, training, and support materials to effectively position products and deliver a consistent client experience.
Required Skills:
Experience in product management or deposit account oversight within transaction banking or treasury services
Ability to breakdown problems, develop collaborative solutions, and drive results
Experience developing and maintaining product policies, controls, and procedures
Experience delivering and leading cross functional projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex regulatory or operational concepts for broad audiences

Comfortable interacting with senior colleagues
Understanding of Treasury Management (Global Payments Solutions) business
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs.
Desired Skills:
5+ years of experience in product management, treasury management, cash management, deposits, commercial banking, or related financial services roles.
Strong understanding of deposit account products, account opening, servicing, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex business and technology changes.
Experience with product risk management, controls, audit, and regulatory environments.
Ability to think strategically while driving detailed execution.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to balance client experience, commercial objectives, and risk management considerations in decision-making.
