- Serve as SME and administrator for procurement and workforce management platforms.
- Manage complex system issues, escalations, and operational support activities.
- Coordinates and supports system enhancement initiatives and change activities
- Oversee integrations, data quality, and compliance controls across connected systems.
- Support contingent workforce lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, extensions, and offboarding.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to optimize processes and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise procurement, workforce management, or related business systems.
- Experience leading UAT testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as Beeline Client Admin
- Expertise in APIs and related integrations
- Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Beeline, Ariba, Zip, Aravo, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data governance, and operational controls.
- Familiarity with applying AI-assisted tools and techniques to enhance development, data analysis, or operational workflows, including understanding limitations, validations and responsible use
