Job Description:Global partner and customer facing role with the need to travel to partner and event sites. This role has a heavy focus on partner sales execution, enablement, and revenue growth across VMware by Broadcom’s global ecosystem.
You will develop and execute global partner sales play and enablement programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate partner-led revenue, and ensure alignment with Broadcom’s commercial go-to-market strategy. This position bridges go to market and sales strategy with partner execution, creating programs and assets that showcase partner and customer success while driving migration to and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
Core Job Responsibilities:
Partner & Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with partners and customers to develop a commercial customer success story framework, ensuring alignment and a rhythm of outreach, feedback, and storytelling (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Capture and communicate partner wins and customer success stories, demonstrating how customers are moving up the value pyramid through modernization, automation, and services-led growth.
- Create compelling content for partner- and customer-facing decks, newsletters, social media, and events to highlight transformation outcomes and partner value realization.
- Enable partners to adopt a customer for life mindset by building narratives that show how Broadcom and partners deliver value across the full solution and services lifecycle.
Partner Enablement & Sales Play Execution
- Develop and launch global partner sales play programs that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales execution across customer segments.
- Drive adoption of enablement tools and platforms, ensuring partners have easy access to sales plays, training, and supporting resources.
- Lead the creation and delivery of partner enablement sessions, workshops, and activation events (both virtual and in-person) in collaboration with Business Units (BUs), partner teams, and sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical teams, BU product, and sales teams to refine sales play assets, customer use cases, and competitive positioning materials that align with VCF-led value propositions.
- Ensure global consistency with regional customization, acting as the bridge between go to market and sales strategy with partner execution
Program Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Execute critical partner and customer programs designed to drive commercial sales growth and partner adoption.
- Collaborate with partners, BU marketing, product, technical teams, and Broadcom sales teams to create and refine success stories and use case collateral, sharing insights across internal and partner stakeholders.
- Support sales play activation by integrating customer-facing content into workshops, enablement sessions, and field communications.
- Partner with BU and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of global program milestones and the alignment of all partner-facing initiatives to Broadcom’s strategic objectives.
- Champion a data-driven approach using insights from Broadcom ACL, Distribution Tech Support data, and Channel Scaler dashboards to improve partner sales effectiveness and execution outcomes.
Experience
- 8+ years in partner programs, channel marketing, channel sales or sales enablement roles within enterprise software or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to drive partner sales execution and enablement across global or multi-region ecosystems
- Strong understanding of channel go-to-market models (resellers, distributors, and integrators).
- Demonstrated skill in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with executive and partner audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to all levels of stakeholders internally and with partners, analysts, and third-party agencies
- Program management and organization skills are key; you should be able to work towards launch dates with key stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $157,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
