DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.

About the Role

This is not your typical growth marketing role.

We’re looking for a bold, creative, and metrics-obsessed Head of Growth and Operations to architect and run the engine that powers our global AI go-to-market. You’ll have full ownership of demand generation, digital, ABM, marketing operations, and strategy driving pipeline at scale while building one of the most admired growth machines in the fastest-moving space in tech.

If you’ve ever wanted to build the blueprint for how AI companies go to market across regions, accounts, and ecosystems this is your moment.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead our global demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, ABM, and GTM strategy to drive net-new pipeline and customer expansion

  • Build and evolve a multi-tiered ABM strategy, delivering targeted experiences across verticals, segments, and deal stages

  • Drive marketing operations and infrastructure including attribution, reporting, scoring models, and campaign performance dashboards

  • Partner with sales leadership to align on growth goals, territory coverage, and pipeline acceleration strategies

  • Drive integrated campaigns across field marketing, partner marketing, and SDRs to reach and convert high-value accounts

  • Deliver repeatable, scalable program frameworks that align to quarterly goals while leaving room for innovation

  • Mentor and lead a team of growth marketers, campaign managers, and marketing ops professionals supporting their development while maintaining a high-performance culture

  • Collaborate with product marketing and brand to shape themes and ensure consistent positioning across channels

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with deep leadership experience across demand generation, marketing operations, and ABM

  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact at enterprise scale, supporting both pre- and post-IPO growth

  • Deep understanding of ABM best practices, including partner ABM, 1:1 personalization, and integrated outbound programs

  • Experience managing and scaling global marketing operations, including tools, data, attribution models, and predictive scoring

  • Strong partnership with sales, SDRs, and RevOps able to build trust, drive alignment, and hold teams accountable to shared targets

  • Experience launching multi-channel field and digital campaigns, including webinars, in-person events, and high-value content experiences

  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, working across leadership and hands-on teams to make things happen

  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in marketing tech stacks, CRM systems, and reporting tools

Why Join Us

AI is the most transformative technology wave of our time and we’re at the center of it. You’ll lead growth in a company that’s not chasing the trend, but shaping it.

You’ll have the opportunity to build from the ground up, but with scale, urgency, and full executive support behind you. Lead a global charter across campaigns, operations, ABM all under one roof, and partner with the biggest names in tech, like NVIDIA, to define what modern B2B growth should look like.

You’ll work with a hungry, high-velocity team that values speed, autonomy, and impact over red tape. If you’ve been waiting for the opportunity to build your dream growth engine at the center of AI this is it.
