The Global Early Career Program Manager plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs team, leading the strategy, development, and execution of early career programs, including the Summer Internship Program and Graduate Leadership Program. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and business leaders to align talent strategies with current and future hiring needs, delivering innovative and business-focused programs that support organizational growth and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities…

  • Lead the global expansion of Iron Mountain’s early career hiring and summer internship programs, aligning initiatives with organizational talent strategies.

  • Design and implement the Graduate Leadership Program, including needs assessment, enterprise-wide strategy development, and cross-functional implementation.

  • Manage the end-to-end Summer Internship Program, including planning and executing professional and personal development activities for interns.

  • Oversee the candidate recruitment, interview, and hiring process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive experience for all early career candidates.

  • Conduct analysis and provide strategic recommendations on target universities and academic programs to support Iron Mountain’s long-term talent needs.

  • Develop and promote a strong campus recruitment brand, ensuring alignment with Iron Mountain’s identity and visibility across partner colleges and universities.

  • Create and implement a conversion strategy to maintain relationships with interns and facilitate their transition into full-time roles upon graduation - increasing program performance year over year.

  • Continuously evaluate retention and performance data of early career hires, using insights to refine programs and drive improvement.

  • Ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders, including candidates, university partners, and internal business leaders.

The Ideal Candidate…

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 5+ years of experience managing campus recruiting & early career programs 

  • Experience developing a graduate relations strategy in a fortune 1000 company

  • Strong ability to influence and consult at senior levels in the organization

  • Ability to deliver presentations to groups of all sizes and/or executives

  • Ability to sell our company as an employer of choice to students, college placement offices, and student campus organizations 

  • Must have good working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday

  • Experience and knowledge of early career strategies globally
