Role description:


Acts as the global process owner for Procure-to-Invoice and is responsible for defining and governing the global Procure-to-Invoice operating model covering Supplier Onboarding and Qualification, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, and alignment with Accounts Payable. Leads the development of enterprise standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled process improvements that drive compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement operations globally. Serves as the senior technical authority for Procure-to-Invoice process design, optimization, and transformation

Role accountabilities:

  • Define and maintain the global Procure-to-Invoice operating model, governance framework, and process standards. 
  • Establish enterprise methodologies, policies, controls, and performance standards for Procure-to-Invoice.
    • Act as Business Process Owner for Procure-to-Invoice technologies and ERP-enabled processes. 
    • Define business requirements and future-state process architectures. 
    • Lead process automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives. 
      • Act as Business Process Owner for Procure-to-Invoice technologies and ERP-enabled processes. 
      • Define business requirements and future-state process architectures. 
      • Lead process automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives. 
      • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Technology, and Business stakeholders to align Procure-to-Invoice standards and practices.
  • Define Procure-to-Invoice methodologies, best practices, and operational frameworks. 
  • Develop organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and training. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. 
  • 8 years experience in leading a team .
  • 12–16 years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay / Procure-to-Invoice, procurement transformation, or related domains. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement operating models, governance frameworks, process optimization, and ERP-enabled procurement processes. 
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise procurement technologies. 
  • Experience defining enterprise frameworks, methodologies, and global process standards. 
  • Expertise in procurement governance, operating models, and process standardization. 
  • Ability to define enterprise methodologies and influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, automation opportunities, and procurement technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and drive organizational adoption. 
  • Strong communication, coaching, and capability-building skills.
