Perform mechanical/process engineering for industrial water and wastewater treatment projects: develop drawings, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, and technical reports; lead small-to-mid design tasks; support construction, field inspections, equipment evaluation, testing, and commissioning.

Lead and grow the Substation Electrical team, manage projects from conceptual layout through detailed design and construction support, perform hands-on EHV/HV substation engineering and studies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as technical lead/project manager, mentor junior staff, and support business development and quality assurance.

Support civil and environmental permitting and design projects across energy, industrial, and transportation sectors. Develop civil engineering designs, perform hydrologic/hydraulic and site analyses, review regulations and technical documents, produce permit and construction submittals, mentor junior staff, and attend field/site meetings. Manage multiple assignments and deliver quality materials on tight schedules.

Lead and manage substation electrical engineering across all voltage classes, coordinating design, estimates, proposals, client engagement, and project execution. Mentor staff, perform hands-on design and quality reviews, ensure compliance with codes/standards, support business development, and collaborate with protection, transmission, renewable, distribution, and planning teams.

Serve as process engineer for industrial water and wastewater projects, designing treatment systems (physical/chemical, biological, membrane, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, evaporation/crystallization). Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations; perform field surveys, QA, pilot testing, commissioning, and startup; mentor juniors, manage projects, support proposals, and present to clients. Travel up to 25%.

Serve as process engineer on industrial water and wastewater projects: develop process designs, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, and O&M manuals; perform field work, pilot testing, commissioning, and client presentations; mentor junior staff; manage projects and support business development across study, design, construction, startup, and operation phases.

Manage multidisciplinary design teams for federal clients (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC). Ensure QA/QC, budget and schedule control, federal compliance, and coordinated delivery of design milestones. Serve as client lead, prepare technical documentation, support pursuits and business development, and drive project execution using digital design platforms.

Develop and script GIS applications and web services for transportation clients using Esri tools. Build data integration/validation workflows (FME/KNIME), develop databases (Oracle/SQL Server), implement Python scripts, manage code via GitHub/DevOps, analyze and prepare datasets for reporting, troubleshoot applications and data processes. Hybrid work; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Lead the national stormwater design group, oversee highway drainage and related stormwater design teams, ensure quality, resource forecasting, staff development, cross-office collaboration, and support business development and proposal pursuits.

Manage and architect enterprise GIS and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) for state DOT clients. Develop scripts, web services, schemas, data validation (Data Reviewer), LRS workflows, and visualization tools using Esri technologies to support Roads & Highways, reporting (HPMS/CPM), QA/QC, and integration across web and mobile platforms.

Design and deliver industrial water and wastewater treatment projects: develop drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, equipment selection and technical reports; coordinate with drafters and disciplines; manage small-to-mid design tasks; support construction via reviews, RFIs, inspections, testing, commissioning, and field troubleshooting while implementing senior staff feedback.

Lead end-to-end pursuit and bid activities for industrial manufacturing clients, managing client engagement, pursuit teams, proposal development, commercial strategy, budgets, and post-selection debriefs. Drive win themes, coordinate technical, commercial and legal inputs, maintain CRM data in Oracle Sales Cloud, and deliver continuous improvement of pursuit processes.

Lead and produce civil design drawings for water, wastewater, stormwater, and site civil projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Oversee design quality control, collaborate with engineers and project managers, mentor junior drafters, and ensure designs meet specifications and project timelines.
