Lead electrical discipline across pursuit, design, and construction phases for diverse facilities. Produce compliant study reports, perform QA, coordinate with substation/transmission/protection/renewables teams, develop scopes/budgets/proposals, and support client engagement. Travel up to 25%.

Serve as process engineer on industrial water and wastewater projects: develop process designs, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, and O&M manuals; perform field work, pilot testing, commissioning, and client presentations; mentor junior staff; manage projects and support business development across study, design, construction, startup, and operation phases.

Lead end-to-end pursuit and bid activities for industrial manufacturing clients, managing client engagement, pursuit teams, proposal development, commercial strategy, budgets, and post-selection debriefs. Drive win themes, coordinate technical, commercial and legal inputs, maintain CRM data in Oracle Sales Cloud, and deliver continuous improvement of pursuit processes.

Support civil and environmental permitting and design projects across energy, industrial, and transportation sectors. Develop civil engineering designs, perform hydrologic/hydraulic and site analyses, review regulations and technical documents, produce permit and construction submittals, mentor junior staff, and attend field/site meetings. Manage multiple assignments and deliver quality materials on tight schedules.

Lead and grow the Substation Electrical team, manage projects from conceptual layout through detailed design and construction support, perform hands-on EHV/HV substation engineering and studies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as technical lead/project manager, mentor junior staff, and support business development and quality assurance.

Manage construction cost controls for data center fit-outs, retrofits, modernization, connectivity, and new builds. Responsibilities include budget setup, forecasting, invoice and change order review, accruals, cash flow, risk tracking, data QA/QC, monthly reporting, and coordination with construction, finance, procurement, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closeout.

Lead BIM strategy and quality across design-to-construction projects. Oversee model lifecycle (3D/4D/5D), review contractor models, manage BIM staff and standards, drive automation, and liaise with global BIM leads to ensure compliance and project delivery.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.
