Join Kantar ComTech as a Global Client Manager and expand your expertise in the technology industry. Role Responsibilities Kantar’s Worldpanel Division is the global leader in shopper behavior insights. Through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics, and tailored solutions, we empower brand owners, retailers, market analysts, and government organizations to make impactful decisions.

In this Client Manager role, you will:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders, understanding and addressing their key business questions.
  • Develop expertise in the technology sector while enhancing your analytical skills to craft data-driven stories that drive client decisions.
  • Receive comprehensive training to use our tools and solutions for data analysis, insight development, and presentation delivery.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities by embedding yourself in the client’s business and delivering best-in-class insights.

Person Specification We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value corporate accounts, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
  • An engaging communication style, coupled with curiosity and enthusiasm for the markets our clients operate in.
  • Experience translating complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • A passion for understanding consumer behavior and the commercial acumen to support business growth.
  • Adaptability to change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort engaging with clients at all seniority levels, including Director and VP, presenting insights with confidence.
  • Previous experience in the technology or telecom industries, particularly consumer electronics, is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including client meetings in Plano, TX, and other locations as required.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, or related analytic disciplines.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in market research with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • 2+ years of success in client-facing roles with a strong track record in relationship management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and the ability to master data management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including logical reasoning and problem-solving.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a natural curiosity and eagerness to take initiative.

The salary range for this role in Austin, TX is $75,400.00 - $125,600.00. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
