Join our Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Total Rewards team as the BEWS Benefits Manager. In this role, you will lead the benefits strategy and execution. BEWS has hybrid benefits policies across multiple countries, and you will have a special focus on harmonizing those benefits across the broader Ericsson organization. You will work across geographies, local HR teams, legal, finance, total rewards, and external suppliers to finalize harmonization decisions, implement changes that may include benefit reductions and tradeoffs, and design durable, compliant local frameworks where full integration is not possible. Your work will balance consistency and globalization with pragmatic local solutions that respect laws, culture and employee experience.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select if STV): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers excellent, competitive employee benefits, such as: subsidized, nationwide PPO medical benefit options including a low-deductible Point of Service Plan and a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), with a generous company-provided HSA contribution. For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Our 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.

What you will do
- Develop and lead the benefits SME strategy across the acquired organization, creating global processes, policies and directives.
- Design transitional and permanent benefit frameworks for countries outside full parent integration, ensuring compliance and equity.
- Plan and coordinate deployment of benefits changes (reductions, substitutions, temporary measures) with local HR, legal, payroll and communications.
- Define and track OKRs, KPIs and governance metrics; report progress, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Monitor execution, drive corrective actions for deviations, and manage moderate project resources and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with global and regional benefits suppliers (scope, SLAs, deliverables).
- Maintain deep expertise in compensation, benefits, global mobility and local statutory requirements to inform decisions and solve complex issues.
- Advise HR business partners and leaders on complex or sensitive benefits matters and support health, safety and wellbeing objectives.
- Partner with change management and internal communications to create clear, compassionate messaging and materials for employees and leaders.
- Operate effectively in a complex matrix across HR, legal, finance and business units spanning multiple countries and time zones.
The skills you bring
- 6+ years in global benefits, total rewards or HR consulting in large multinationals; experience with integrations preferred.
- Deep knowledge of global benefits programs, local statutory requirements and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Proven track record designing and deploying benefits policies, processes and tools at scale.
- Strong project management and governance skills; experience defining/tracking OKRs, KPIs and program controls.
- Experience managing external suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, SLAs and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills in a matrixed environment.
- Clear, empathetic communicator with experience crafting sensitive employee and leader communications.
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with performance analytics to inform decisions.
- Creative, pragmatic problem-solver able to design fit-for-purpose solutions where full integration isn't feasible.
- Confident advising on benefit trade-offs and managing change for affected populations
