What You Will Do
As a Technical Support Analyst with our Cityworks team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through any software and hardware-related questions or challenges. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring their success by:
Serving as the primary point of contact for all software and hardware-related issues from Cityworks clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Utilizing Cityworks-specific resources, along with relevant tools and documentation, to quickly troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve client issues, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborating closely with clients to analyze their Cityworks setup and provide tailored recommendations for system optimization, ensuring that the platform is utilized to its full potential.
Participating in client-facing meetings, both virtually and in-person, to address Cityworks-related queries, concerns, and technical challenges.
Staying updated on the latest Cityworks features, updates, and best practices through ongoing education, training, and collaboration with the product team.
Providing internal feedback on common issues, feature requests, or areas of improvement to help refine the Cityworks support experience.
Performing additional duties as assigned by management, with a focus on ensuring seamless Cityworks integration and support.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in GIS, geography, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with GIS, CAD, EAM, CRM, or Cityworks software, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of modules and workflows.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and management.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Exceptional time management skills to ensure customer issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
Preferred:
Knowledge of municipal or utility districts (such as water, wastewater, stormwater, streets, and traffic) and familiarity with community development, permitting, or business licensing processes.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Familiarity with leading database systems (Oracle or SQL Server).
About Your Location
Remote, United States
You will collaborate digitally from a designated work from home arrangement. Preference will be given to candidates open to supporting 9am-5pm MST business hours.
