General Virtual Assistant – Mid-Level

We are looking for a mid-level General Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in handling real estate administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments

  • Assist with property listings and updating online platforms

  • Handle lead inquiries and schedule showings

  • Prepare basic documents and transaction checklists

  • Update CRM, track leads, and manage pipelines

  • Conduct simple market research and create reports

  • Perform general admin tasks as needed



Requirements
  • 2–4 years VA or admin experience (real estate experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office

  • Familiar with real estate tools or CRM systems is an advantage

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
