We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and manage client communications
- Handle calls and email inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management
- Assist with marketing and social media management
- Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines
- Represent Global Staffing’s core values in all interactions
- Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good American accent
- Willing to undergo background checking
- Quiet and professional home office setup
- Willing to work the graveyard shift
- Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup
- Dependable electricity with power backup
- Computer Requirements: Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe)
Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher , or an equivalent processor
RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher
