Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent device fraud and unauthorized account access
- Leverage fraud detection software and security platforms to monitor and investigate transactions or activities identified as suspicious behavior
- Investigate cases of account takeover and detail the exact steps and processes that lead to the compromised account. Work with cross functional teams to resolve the issues
- Stay up-to-date on emerging fraud trends, techniques, customer behaviors, and technologies, and proactively identify new fraud threats and vulnerabilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of investigation analysts and experienced professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Manage the team's workload, priorities, and professional development
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 4 years of experience, preferably in a fraud detection, wireless, or cybersecurity roles
- 2+ years experience in a managerial role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to uncover fraud patterns and anomalies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Experience influencing and driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques, algorithms, and methodologies

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
