Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location: Denver Tech Center - Hybrid

Kaseware is seeking a FP&A Manager to join the Finance Team. The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO and work closely with the Accounting and Finance Team to complete financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, maintain monthly financial reporting packages, develop and maintain financial models, forecast future financial performance, complete annual budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Kaseware. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, team player that can also work autonomously under tight deadlines. They are comfortable with a “no job too small” mentality, a fast-paced environment, and are highly communicative within our team.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and maintain financial models
  • Prepare monthly forecasts 
  • Complete annual budget
  • Completes monthly financial reporting packages including ARR reporting
  • Prepares quarterly financial reports for Board of Directors
  • Prepares and maintains financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Develop and maintain KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Required Skills:

  • Experience with financial models, forecasting and budgeting
  • Experience with private equity financial reporting
  • Familiar with preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Experience with Sage Intacct
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload based on team objectives
  • Ability to work in a team environment and have strong coordination, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to use analytical skills to identify, investigate, troubleshoot, and reconcile issues proactively
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and adjust to changing priorities
  • Well-developed organizational skills with deadline and detail-orientation

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience working as a FP&A Analyst or FP&A Manager

Other Requirements:

  • CPA Preferred
  • Experience with SaaS Intelligence
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Language: English

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000/year
