As an FP&A Analyst you'll report to the Director of FP&A, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. In this key role, you will support our financial initiatives and make a meaningful impact on strategic business decisions by developing insightful financial models and delivering data-driven analysis across departments. Leveraging your strong SaaS knowledge within our collaborative and supportive culture, you will help shape our future.
What you'll do...
  • Analyze performance trends and generate insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor presentations.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Deliver additional ad hoc reporting, as needed.

Requirements
What you offer us...
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 2-4 years of FP&A experience in a finance related field.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, required.
  • Experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Mosaic, Salesforce).
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $75,000 - $95,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
